Hi Harminder,
I have had a brief look and the things which pop into my mind at the moment are:
- very professional and impressive
- i love the black background (would very much enjoy the whole page being black - at least on my screen it is surrounded by white space).
- the photography is stunning and very atmospheric - therefore complete black background would enhance it even further
- i found the white text partly difficult to read. Maybe a font size larger or putting it in bold helps.
- took me a while to find the contact possibility, maybe it is helpful to put contact as an extra option on the main page. Also, a website designer friend of mine advised to not put the email address directly on the website as it attracts countless spam emails but use a blank text field where people can leave their message on the website and click submit...
- i found it good that you have the statement seperated from the art work and left the interpretation of each work to the viewer.
- very impressive C.V. and extra information. I found it interesting as well that you divided the Franko B Mentoring scheme into Residency and Mentoring.
- I like the idea of News... and forthcoming exhibitions. I think it is very important to show that you are active and on the ball. there should be maybe as well the option of people getting on your mailing list to be informed about your activities and interviews and and and...

So, I think that's it for now.
hope it helped a bit.
:-)

THANKS BIGGI!

loads of useful info! i like the idea of having a seperate contacts page, it is hidden away and hard to find, thank you for the nice comments on the photography.

I've been tryin to make the whole page black, but i'm still not sure which i prefer, i might give it another go to see,

thanks for the feedback, i like the idea of a blank text field but my knowledge on this is limited, i'll try to find out how to do it,

cheers biggi
