our meeting... 5th october
as a compromise we can meet at four o'clock and finish the meeting at 6. we can meet in the art cafe at artsadmin. anyone who doesn't come won't be in the show. franko.

Hi Franko,
I will now take that day as annual leave, otherwise I can't accommodate the times. Have booked Artsadmin studio on Tue and Wed that week so can't shift any days to avoid it. Anytime that day will be fine with me - am up for it.

sorry. I didn't suggest to move it to Tuesday or Wednesday as I am busy those two days anyway in the studio. 5th is absolutely fine for me.
