Boun Giorno Franko and Tom,

A huge thank you for your hospitality and warmth whilst I was with you. Stevenage seems somewhat colder and damper than sitting outside you house. I am now totally relaxed and really appreciated my time with youselves and Katherine. My time out in Italy was an adventure of the mind and spirit. I have captured so many images to memory and hope to now be able to put some of these down on paper as drawings and text.

It's still sinking in that i'm back home already :o( so i'll sign off now as i need to get some sleep and there is a lot to think about following our discussion.

Hello all, I'm looking forward to the exhibition and meeting up with everyone again in oct!

Also if anyone's around in Sep i'm performing Live Sermon at Arnolfini on the 30th, its part of a weekend of performance called Port City, there should be quite a bit too see. plus i'll be at the European Performance Art festival at CCA Poland on 6th-9th if anyone fancies a little trip!!
