Rachel's Xmas Carol video

Hi Rachel,
I finally get the chance to leave a criticism in regards to your video.
It is quite a while ago, and I don't seem to get access to what the others said, but I wanted to leave some food for thought.
Somehow I got the feeling that the group went out for a cheap shot. I enjoyed the singing and the provocation but when it came to the encounter with the security personnel the whole system broke down. The message I got out of it was security is not permitted to touch a person and to touch a video camera. It would have been nice not to desert into, or better hide behind, the excuses of "hey, we are untouchable, don't lay your fingers on us or break anything because we could sew you" but to start a confrontation in regards to political issues, commercialism, sweatshops... "How can you work at a place like that, which supports... ? or in whatever form... or handing out some material... I don't know. I feel that you opened up a great opportunity that you didn't take advantage of...
